Mentoring Groups

Mentoring Groups are groups of people who gather once a month to be mentored by individuals or couples.  The mentoring process begins by filling out an application at the beginning of the ministry season.  The mentoring groups meet once a month for a period of nine months.  The students are assigned books to read, Bible verses to study, CD’s to listen to, and various other homework assignments.

Ethos Group (Young Leaders between the ages of 20-30): Ethos Group is facilitated by Pastor Bob and Jullie and meets monthly at different homes.  The group is limited to 12 students and is a closed group once the group has been determined.

Ethos Duo (Young Couples between the ages of 20-35):  Ethos Duo is facilitated by John and Pam Marta.  The group is limited to six couples and meets monthly between January and August.  Once the couples have been determined, the group is a closed group.
